When opening your ProVision CAM 2 App, you may be greeted by a blank screen or buffering cameras. Start by clicking the two stacked rectangles 2nd from the top right corner. Once you are on the server list there are 2 things you can try to fix your issue.
- You may have had account credentials changed. If there is a a red dot above the pencil icon. Just click the pencil icon and enter in the correct login information.
- You may need to just reload your cameras, if so just click the 2nd Icon that looks like a play button. This will bring you back to the live feed screen and will start loading your cameras.
Another common issue with viewing your live cameras is only being able to see 1 or a few of your cameras. This can be fixed in 2 ways.
- The first solution for only seeing a single camera is double tapping the image to return to the default view.
- The other option is pressing the 3rd icon at the bottom (4 Square icon). You can then choose how many cameras you want to display at a time.
*Warning, displaying more than 9 cameras at a time can result in laggy views
*You can also try restarting the ProVison app or checking to make sure you have a strong connection to Wi-Fi or Data
