Common Questions

Won’t I get better protection with the bigger security companies, like ADT, Vivint, or Alarmforce, because they have more resources and better equipment?

No. We can give you the exact same level of security as those companies, because we use the exact same resources, networks, and protocols they use. But we use equipment that’s more modern than what most of the big companies use, and this actually increases your protection and makes securing your home or business a lot easier too!

Will you use fear, manipulation, and hard-sell tactics to get me to buy your security system?

No. We never do any of that, because we can’t earn your trust that way. Hopefully it doesn’t sound trite, but earning your trust is more important to us than getting your monthly fee. If you don’t need a feature or more expensive plan, we’ll advise you NOT to get it. For example, if our basic (lowest cost) plan is perfect for your home or business, and you don’t need anything else, that’s the ONLY thing we’ll recommend.

Who will I speak to when I call in with a problem? And how long does it take before someone is fixing my problem?

When you call us, you’ll always speak to a local, expert security consultant from our company.

We never outsource our customer service. And anytime you have a problem, you will have someone working with you on the phone, or at your location, solving your problem right away.

Is your pricing transparent, or is there lots of ‘fine print’ and ‘hidden fees’?
